General Mission and Job Description:The maintenance technician plays a crucial role within our team, acting either as an assistant to the maintenance manager for a specific sector, or as the maintenance manager for a group of equipment. In all cases, their main mission is to maintain the assigned machinery park in good working order. They may specialize in a specific trade.
Technical Domain:
Define and carry out preventive actions, including frequency and verification of machine operation.
Detect faults, repair equipment, and ensure proper functioning after troubleshooting.
Manage contacts with suppliers, write orders for products and spare parts, and ensure supply stock tracking.
Animation/Human Resources Domain:
Define intervention priorities in relation to the relevant service manager.
Transmit information and instructions to users, ensuring their understanding.
Participate in the commissioning of new installations.
Contribute to the implementation and compliance with safety rules.
Maintain the work environment.
Respect and enforce quality system procedures.
Lead work groups.
Administrative Domain:
Record interventions.
Responsibilities:
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the machinery park in line with allocated resources. They must keep their knowledge up to date with proposed techniques and immediately alert their hierarchy if safety is compromised. They are encouraged to make suggestions regarding safety, environmental protection, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills:
Industrial electrician, general mechanic.
Experience with cranes and hoists.
Forklift driver's license.
