Vacuum treatments

To avoid oxidation or decarburization parts can be heated under vacuum. The heating can be followed by slow or fast cooling with gaseous nitrogen. This process is mainly used for high alloyed  steels. Typical characteristic for vacuum treatments is the bright surface that is free of oxidation and colorization. Processes for these kind of furnaces: 
Hardening 
Brazing 
Solution annealing 
Soft annealing 
Normalizing

Chamber furnace: Ø 900 x 900 x 1000 mm
